Below is a short slide show of Isabella's Birthday (part one). She turned 5 on March 27th and since David's birthday is the 28th, we had family over to celebrate with cake, coffee and to open gifts. I made her a cupcake flower cake (at her request). Isabella, Vincent and I made David sailboat cookies. We all had a nice evening. David and I gave Isabella a new scooter when she woke up Friday morning. She had one that my cousin gave her in Dec 07 that she has absolutely loved but has outgrown (you can see the size difference in one of the pictures). She rode her new scooter for at least 3hrs that morning and continues to tell us how "awesome" and how "super fast" it is. I love when we get her a gift that she truly loves and will use. We had her birthday party on Saturday, I will post a slide show soon.

Sping fever..
This afternoon we were outside playing in our beautiful TX weather!! I am not sure how or why but the next thing I knew the water hose was out, the kids were getting wet and having a ton of fun. We are enjoying our nice weather. Isabella did a great job at getting herself and her brother wet, he just laughed and kept running into the water. Dave and I couldn't stop laughing. What a great Saturday afternoon. Below is a slide show of the kids playing in the water. Hope you enjoy!!

Random happenings at the Palmisano household
We have just been hanging around having fun, not much to report. I have posted some pictures taken over the past few weeks. Enjoy!
For each of the kids first birthdays I wanted them to have something special, that would last a long time. We decided that a stained glass was a great idea. After many thoughts I finally finalized Vincents and was able to pick it up a few weeks ago. It looks amazing (as does Isabella's). Kathy does amazing work. Thanks to granny and papa for getting them for the kids!!
Vincent was being silly the other night, running around the house wearing a diaper and the bow tie that went to Isabella's cat costume from a few Halloweens ago. Too funny!

One tired little leprechaun!

Isabella has been begging for some fish for a very long time, we finally gave in and got her 2 gold fish. One for her and one for Vinny, according to her. She has named them Max and Ruby. Vincent loves to point at the fish bowl and say "ish ,ish" with a big smile on his face. I have already caught him climbing on a chair and putting his hand in the bowl trying to catch one. We are taking bets for how long it will be before we have to post about the funeral of one or both of these guys. Dave and I decided that it is a childhood right of passage to kill a goldfish or two. Wish us luck!!
