Swim lessons

The past 2weeks we have been taking swim lessons at UMHB. Isabella has gone every year. I think the instructors are great with the kids and she has learned so much. It is fun to watch her improve from year to year. This year I was able to have some fun in the water also.... Vincent and I did a mommy and me class!!! I can't say that he learned much, but he does love the water. My mom joined us for one class and my dad for another, I have pictures on dad's camera of Vincent in the water, I will post them later. Hope everyone is having a great summer!!

Isabella and Sharing

Isabella has been sharing with her brother lately which you would think is a good thing... But she has been sharing things like french fries, cheetos, ice cream and lollipops. Needless to say we have had to have talks about what is and is not appropriate foods for her to share with her brother. So the other day when she was sharing something appropriate with him, I caught her, Thanked her and thought I would share with you.

My little explorer

Since Vincent has become mobile things have been interesting around the house. Here are a few of the spots I have caught him.

What's that???

YEAH!!! I found me some milk!! (too bad it's frozen)

I'm not sure what was so interesting, but he was entertained while I did the dishes!

4th of July Weekend

We spend the 4th of July weekend in Houston visiting Uncle Jason and Aunt Nilda. We had some good family fun. Although we saw and set off fireworks I somehow did not get any pictures of them. Here are a few shots from the weekend.

My little firecracker!!

Attacking Uncle Jason.

Fishing with the Rocket fishing pole. She has seen the commercials for this several times, Dave found one and bought it for her. This was her first opportunity to use it. I must say it is fun to use but not very useful. We did not catch any fish with it. But we did catch fish.....

(Sorry Uncle Jason, I some how deleted you with your fish.)

Everyone enjoyed swimming.

This is a park close to Uncle Jason and Aunt Nilda's house, we were able to walk over and play.

I think this is one of my favorite pictures of Vinny.
